The X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) used with Labtech Inspections requires little to even no sample preparation. This is a form of non-destructive testing (NDT) that delivers accurate and fast results. This saves both ourselves and our clients valuable time.
We rely on XRF testing to help our clients avoid potentially costly malfunctions and ensure the incoming material is compliant. Devastating effects can happen if the material being used isn’t up to industry standard. With our help, Labtech Inspections can test samples for their composition makeup, which is crucial for systems to run efficiently.
Let Labtech Inspections test your metals, alloys, and steel to ensure the composition is durable and able to withstand strain and usage.

Labtech Inspections was contacted by an energy construction company that was building a power plant in Midland Odessa Texas. The construction company’s quality control department failed to keep traceability records of all the different heat number and material grades that were used throughout the project. At the time when the construction company was turning in the project it was rejected by the energy company for failure to keep traceability records.
The energy company required all of the materials that were used in the project to be verified by OES PMI inspection. Labtech Inspections spent several months at the energy plant testing and sorting out all of the different materials used and was able to provide a PMI report with all the necessary material chemistry information to satisfy the clients needs in lue of the lost MTR’s (material test reports).
